The price in the app is wrong — what now?

Prices are scraped from official chain feeds and may lag in-store updates by a day. The "Prices from X hours ago" line in the app shows freshness. We always verify at checkout. If a price seems badly wrong for many days, email us — there might be an ETL bug.

Why is product X marked as "may be unavailable"?

If a product hasn't appeared in a chain's scrape feed for several days, we flag it. Could mean the chain stopped carrying it, or there's a temporary data issue. We auto-clean products that disappear for over a year.

How do I share a shopping list?

Open the Basket tab → tap a list → tap the share icon. You'll get a 6-character invite code + QR code. Send it to one other person. They open the app and enter the code to join.

Someone shared a list with me. How do I join?

Install Cijenolovac, open the Basket tab → "Join with code", enter the 6-character code they shared. You're in.

How do I delete my account?

Open the app → Settings → "Delete account". This wipes your favorites, preferences, and shopping list membership permanently. There's no undo.

Does Cijenolovac work offline?

Mostly. Your last-known favorites, popular products, and recently-viewed items are cached on device. You'll see an orange banner when offline. New scrape data + shopping list sync require a connection.

Which chains are supported?

At launch: SPAR, Plodine, Lidl, Konzum. Kaufland is coming. Email us with requests for others.

Is the app free?

Yes, fully free at launch. Future versions may add optional paid features but everything available today will stay free for existing users for at least 12 months after any paid tier ships.
